DSCR Lending is available for Mixed-use properties up to 10 Residential Units. As a general rule, the residential income must exceed the rental income of the commercial space. The Commercial space also must be less than the square footage of all residential units in aggregate. 

This program is available for borrowers that have a strong equity position and in need of quick funds. This program is available for both residential and many commercial property types. Minimal borrower requirements, no financials, and lower credit scores accepted in many instances. Properties must be occupied or leased, cannot be vacant. 

Available programs for larger buildings and multi-family structures in excess of 4-units. Programs also available for land purchasing with construction. Programs are available in most states. 

Programs for construction of a single unit, multi-family, or for an entire development. Programs also available for the land purchase and construction financing. 

Programs are available to renovating Mixed-use and multi-family properties in excess of 4 units. These property types typically fall outside of most residential-type programs and are available thru our Commercial outlets in most states. 

Programs available for both purchase and refinance of commercial properties to include many retail, apartment, office, warehouse, and even automotive businesses.
